Below are a list of frequently asked questions.  If you do not find the answer you are looking for please feel free to contact us.

How do I order?
Ordering is simple!  Simply click on the yellow "place my order" egg and it will take you to the order form.  Please use separate order forms when placing order for multiple {eggs}.  I know this may be time consuming but believe me it will be worth getting all of your info correct to ensure your {egg} "hatches" perfectly!

My pictures are taking way too long to upload!
This can happen during the busy seasons and with larger files.  For easier processing simply complete the order from and send your pictures to nesteggsdesign@gmail.com.

How do I send you a photo?
This is simple too!  In the order form you will find a section to upload up to six photos.  If you need more room or if uploading is taking too long please email the additional photos to nest EGgS design. 

What type of photos do you accept?
We LOVE full size uncroped digital images in jpeg format.  They can be amature photography or professional BUT ONLY when you have the photographers consent!

How long does it take to receive my {egg} once order is placed?
It usually takes about two to three weeks. These times could be longer during the busy holidays.  Once order is placed we will send an invoice via paypal.  Once paid we will THEN begin working on your {egg}.  We do take personal checks but keep in mind this could delay the process.

What are your web store hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  We will respond to all emails, questions and orders placed within 24 hrs during the work week.  We are not open weekends.  All emails, questions and orders placed after 5:00 on Fridays and during the weekend will be answered and invoiced the following Monday.

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept paypal and personal checks.  Paypal is the quickest method and you do not need a paypal account to use this option.  Personal checks are accepted but we will NOT begin working on your {egg} until it has been received, deposited and cleared.  Therefore when paying by check it could take up to two weeks before receiving your {egg}.  If you prefer to pay by check please email nesteggsdesign@gmail.com for mailing address once you have placed your order.

How much is shipping?
I make every effort to keep shipping at a minimum.  Shipping cost includes packaging and materials.  We ship first class mail within the US, if shipping outside the US please contact me for charges.  1 {egg} = $2.50 and each additional {egg} is $.50

Can I pickup?
You can pickup from a local business near my studio - but let's face it isn't the $2.50 worth your time and gas?

Are the {eggs} waterproof?
The {eggs} are water resistant, not waterproof.  There is a difference.  We do not recommend swimming, showering or skinny dipping while wearing your {egg}.  Please keep in mind that all {eggs} are considered "costume jewelry".

How do I care for my {egg}?
We do not recommend keeping your {egg} for a long period of time in extreme hot or cold conditions, such as in your car, storing in your garage and/or drying in the dryer {you know who you are}!  This could cause permanent damage to your {egg}.

How do I clean my {egg}?
I understand {eggs} get dirty.  Just wipe clean with a DAMP towel.  If your clasp, chain, etc. begins to tarnish simply wipe over with any silver jewelry cloth.  Please keep in mind that all {eggs} are considered "costume jewelry".

Do you make custom pieces?
YES! YES! and YES!  I get bored very easily so I am always up to a new challenge!  Send me your ideas!!

What is your refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer refunds.  However, if your {egg} is not perfect due to a defect in our design please notify us immediately and we will be happy to fix our mistake.  Also, we are not mind readers {would like to be} so if you have any specifics such as making your color photo black and white, bead color choice, arrangement of your charming {eggs}, order of photos for your O {egg}, arrangement of these photos, etc., etc. please let us know in your order form under "special request".  Otherwise we will be the expert!

Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Of course we do silly!

Do you Gift Wrap?
Not at this time.  Your {eggs} come safely tucked away in a protective plastic wrap within a tiny recycled brown bag which is still cute for gift giving. 

How many photos can I send?
As many as you want.  I can help you pick the right ones for your design.
